Our Services
Anchor Visits are the foundation of our service model, during which Postpartum & Infant Care Specialists check-in with families across four domains—physical recovery, mental health, coaching, and resource navigation—and then provide hands-on help, including short-term infant care and household support.
We also offer Extension Services, high-impact reinforcements that support families between visits.
Anchor Visits
-
Support with non-clinical C-section recovery and perineal care, mobility, hygiene, maternal or infant massage, and pain assistance.
-
Postpartum mental health screening, non-clinical emotional support, and referrals.
-
Education regarding feeding, sleep, soothing, bonding, family adjustment, and return to-work planning.
-
Insurance navigation, support with birth certificates and Social Security paperwork, and connection to resources.
-
After some visits, we may provide 45-60 minutes of infant care, allowing the caregiver to rest, shower, or complete other personal tasks.
-
During some visits, we’ll provide practical household support such as dishes, laundry, grocery pickup, household reset, and more, depending on the family’s preference.
Extension Services
-
Families can reach our team by email, text or phone for questions between visits.
-
Nutrient-dense meals are delivered monthly, with optional help coordinating a community meal train.
-
Qualified in-home infant care for the baby’s first 6 months, especially to support parents returning to work. Care is provided by an experienced caregiver already familiar with the family through Postpartum Support.
-
Families receive 4-hour daytime or nighttime infant care shifts, giving the caregiver time to rest. Shifts are 4 hours each. Nighttime care includes soothing, diaper changes, bottle feeding and light household support.

Who do you serve?
The Infant Season's service model is based on direct input from families and professionals. Our 2026 Needs Assessment surveyed 100+ families, exploring their experiences after birth, infant care arrangements, and unmet needs. These findings, coupled with conversations with doulas, mental health clinicians, healthcare providers, and community leaders, guided the design of our services.
