A formative year for a child and a fragile one for a family.
No one should navigate the infant season alone.
The current postpartum and infant care industry leaves most families behind.
Lack of support affects safety & health. The personal and public cost is enormous.
Postpartum
Parents face challenging tradeoffs, and infants need more than the market reliably provides.
Infant Care
Our Solution?
We create a workforce of lasting caregivers to provide high quality at-home postpartum and infant care.
At home.
Caregivers provide in-home support, combining postpartum help for parents with hands-on infant care when families need rest or coverage for work. Services include birth recovery support, feeding and sleep assistance, mental health support, resource navigation, and on-call relief.
Professional caregivers.
Highly skilled postpartum doulas and newborn care specialists provide direct care and facilitate connections to clinicians. Apprentice caregivers receive mentorship, technical instruction, and a competitive salary while working towards Postpartum Doula (CPD) and Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) certifications.
Affordable.
Postpartum and infant care supports, critical for families navigating one of the most significant and vulnerable times of their lives, are made affordable through grants, donations, and government subsidies.
